Reumo
Neste estudo, conduz-se uma análise bibliométrica da produção científica em gestão ambiental empresarial, sustentabilidade ambiental e estratégia ambiental nas organizações, publicada em nove dos principais periódicos de Administração no Brasil (RAP, RAE, RAE-e, RAC, REAd, RAUSP, G&P, CAD e PROD), no período entre 2005 e 2014. Os resultados mostraram que 3,92% da produção acadêmica em Administração nessas revistas tratam de forma central a temática ambiental dentro das organizações. Esse resultado mostra a expansão e a consolidação do tema que teve sua origem no início da década de 1990 e revela também a inserção da gestão ambiental no âmbito estratégico das empresas como forma de promover a sustentabilidade, tanto própria quanto de seus agentes externos.
This study brings a bibliometric analysis of the scientific production in business environmental management, environmental sustainability and environmental strategy in the organizations, published in nine of the main management journals in Brazil (RAP, RAE, RAE-e, RAC, REAd, RAUSP, G&P, CAD e PROD), in the period between 2005 and 2014. The results showed that 3,92% of the academic production in Administration in these articles are mainly about the environmental theme inside the organizations. This result shows that the expansion and consolidation of the theme, that had it’s origin back in the beginning of the 1990´s, also reveals that the insertion of environmental management in the companies’ strategic scope as a form of promoting it´s own sustainability, as well as the sustainability of it´s external agents.
