Resumo

O presente ensaio compreende a importância do desenvolvimento de cooperativas especiais no Território da Frontera, apresenta informações sobre a inclusão social e empregatícia, fundamental ao desenvolvimento de todo o embasamento teórico do trabalho. Trazendo como problema caracterizar pessoas que se encaixam nas características do ramo social na região, benefícios econômicos e sociais que podem trazer para a região e para os cooperados. Objetivando buscar as raízes históricas do ramo estudado, suas influencias no Brasil e no mundo, analisar as condições e possibilidades de desenvolvimento de uma cooperativa social na região de pesquisa, o desenvolvimento social e a inclusão de pessoas na sociedade e no mercado de trabalho e buscar dados através de fontes formais de cada município para o desenvolvimento do estudo.

This essay understands the importance of the development of special cooperatives in the Territory of Frontera, presents information on social and employment inclusion, fundamental to the development of the entire theoretical basis of work. Bringing as a problem to characterize people who fit the characteristics of the social branch in the region, economic and social benefits that they can bring to the region and to the cooperative members. Aiming to seek the historical roots of the studied branch, its influences in Brazil and in the world, to analyze the conditions and possibilities of development of a social cooperative in the research region, the social development and the inclusion of people in society and in the labor market and to seek data through formal sources in each municipality for the development of the study.
